Preparation with Milk and Water for One Cup of Chai Latte:
Add approximately 28 g (2 tablespoons) of chai latte powder to a mug.
Pour approximately 50 ml of hot water over the powder and allow it to dissolve for about 1 minute.
Then add approximately 150 ml of warm whole milk (3.5% fat). Alternatively, you can use soy milk, rice milk or lactose-free milk.
The order of preparation is important: first add the water, then the milk, as the fat in the milk may prevent the flavours from fully developing.
Chai can also be prepared using only water, depending on personal preference.
For a refreshing iced chai latte, allow the drink to cool and serve with ice cubes.
